An EA assists with the following plus other items as needed:
  • Day-to-day activities include ensuring the completion of a to do list that is created either CEO then kept daily and reviewed twice weekly.

  • Work with the launch of her patented pet and human pillow bed, store front, ecommerce sales of Fuji Totes. Also Blvd Brew coffee shop opening.
  • Assist with store personnel front and back store processes and coordination of store processes, weekly meeting for all viable outlets including social media.
  • Work as website administrator to ensure Square running for in store and online sales and Blvd Brew. Explore and coordinate all social media marketing techniques for TIK Tok shop and IG. Research all platforms inc. Facebook ads. Also work product placement on Walmart Marketplace, Amazon, Tok Tok Shop etc.
  • Blvd Brew coffee shop is opening fall of 2026 assist in all factors and wirk on Wix website development.
  • Square is the POS system for all companies. That knowledge and Canva is desired.
  • Dianne hosts and produces a weekly issues television show in the Baton Rouge area. Assist with scheduling guests if needed and  be present on show productions day.
  • Create reels on Social media for all companies. A podcast will be created using herb In Black & White television show content.
  • Dianne has completed and received awards for the "Silver Dollar Group" of the KKK documentary. Work on potential showings at the  Goodwood Library, BRCC  and film festivals.
  • Dianne is working on her 6th book "The Lost Part of Civil Rights History" and 2nd documentary, “Why Blacks Cant Swim”.
  • The books are to put on Tik Tok shop along with posters and Fuji’s Totes pillows.

Products that will be for sale on the site and store include inspirational posters, books, and human and Patented pet human pillow beds.
Salary depends on applicant experience.
