• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children experiencing developmental delays or disabilities to identify their needs effectively.
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) that address each child's unique requirements and family concerns.
• Monitor outcomes as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that interventions are applied effectively and adjustments made as needed.
• Support families through education and resources, empowering them with the skills necessary to facilitate healthy child development.
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations related to early intervention services.

Your primary focus will be on children from birth to three years old who may face developmental challenges. By participating in home visits and virtual consultations, you will engage directly with families, offering them support, guidance, and interventions tailored to each child’s needs. Your role is crucial in helping our youngest and most vulnerable populations achieve their full potential.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required, along with current licensure by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid LCSW designation is essential for this role.
• You must have at least one year of experience working in early intervention settings.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills are a must. You should also be adept at collaborating effectively with a diverse team and demonstrating respect for all individuals.
• Ability to adapt to various learning styles to meet the individualized needs of each child is crucial.
