• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health concerns, developing tailored treatment plans based on their individual needs.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to implement holistic treatment plans and ensure integrated care.
• Maintain detailed, confidential, and compliant clinical records that adhere to state and federal regulations and uphold ethical standards.
• Provide psychoeducation and ongoing support to clients and their families, fostering a supportive network that contributes to recovery.

Your clients will consist of a diverse group of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Providing tailored interventions and cultivating a therapeutic alliance will be crucial in helping them achieve their goals and enhancing their overall well-being.

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to client interactions.
• Strong organizational capabilities to effectively manage caseloads and complex administrative tasks.

• Experience working in a telehealth environment is highly desirable, with familiarity in using digital tools and platforms for delivering therapy.
• Understanding of trauma-informed care practices and cultural competence to address the needs of diverse client backgrounds.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and a commitment to continued professional development.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
