ProgExpert prépare le lancement d’une division consacrée à l’IA appliquée. Nous passons progressivement de l’intégration de solutions existantes à la création de nos propres outils, agents, services et produits intelligents. Nous cherchons une personne expérimentée en développement Python, autonome et pragmatique, capable de transformer une idée ou un prototype en système fiable qui fonctionne réellement sous Linux.
CE QUE TU FERAS
- Développer des applications, API, services et automatisations en Python, avec une architecture propre, testable et maintenable.
- Concevoir des agents et workflows capables d’interroger plusieurs modèles, d’utiliser des outils et de valider leurs résultats.
- Structurer le prompt engineering : consignes robustes, sorties JSON, contexte, garde-fous, tests et réduction des hallucinations.
- Mettre en place des solutions RAG, des embeddings, des pipelines de données et des mécanismes d’évaluation reproductibles.
- Sélectionner les bons modèles et effectuer au besoin une adaptation légère : LoRA/QLoRA, classification, extraction ou fine-tuning ciblé.

TON PROFIL
Tu es d’abord un développeur Python solide. Pour toi, l’IA est un outil à intégrer proprement dans un produit — pas seulement un sujet de veille ou une collection de notebooks.
- Environ 3 à 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle en développement Python, ou une expérience équivalente démontrable.
- Bonne maîtrise des API, de la programmation orientée objet, des tests, du débogage, de SQL et de Git.
- À l’aise sous Linux : ligne de commande, SSH, systemd, journaux, permissions, processus et scripts Bash.
- Capable de créer et maintenir des images Docker, Docker Compose et des environnements reproductibles.
- Bonne compréhension des VM, du stockage, du réseau, des ressources CPU/GPU et du fonctionnement d’un serveur applicatif.
