HIRING IMMEDIATELY: DOCK COORDINATOR IN BRIGHTON, CO
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Dock Coordinator to join our team in Brighton, Colorado. This individual will be responsible for coordinating the trailer positioning and trailer requirements needed for loading. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant certifications and experience, ability to work independently, and more listed below.   • Starting at $17/hour

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Communicates with the yard hostler to position and move trailers in/out of doors for loading.
  • Verifies pallet count for stores and temperature settings.
  • Work closely with dispatch and yard goat
  • Coordinate dock doors and trailers in the yard
  • Ensure that frozen/alcohol are properly cross-docked with store orders
  • Completes daily door/ramp inspections.
  • Ensure timely loading of store orders and departure times are met.
  • Verified information on manifest is correct and properly delivered to dispatch.
  • Communicates with the receiving department to ensure approach pallets are being pulled in a timely manner.
  • Delegates loading assignments to loaders.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, organized work area at all times.
  • Must be flexible and able to work any shift in support of business needs
  • Assist with loading and other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent and relevant certifications and experience
  • Must be certified and able to operate Electric pallet jack, Forklift, Reach
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong commitment to SAFETY
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail, meet deadlines, and work with difficult individuals or task assignments
  • Relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instructions: must get along with co-workers without exhibiting behavioral extremes; perform work activities requiring reasoning, negotiating, instructing, persuading, or speaking with others; and respond appropriately to criticism from a supervisor.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of GOLD STOCK (SAP)
  • Detail oriented and excellent people skills
  • Must be able to read and understand numbers and labels.
  • Must be able to interact with all levels of management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
