Manufacturing Associate (Pharmaceuticals)
Summary
We are hiring a Manufacturing Associate to support pharmaceutical production operations in a cleanroom environment. Responsibilities include equipment setup, operation, cleaning, batch processing, documentation, sanitization, and following GMP/SOP requirements.
Location: Dayton, OH
Schedule: 2nd shift
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and set up manufacturing equipment
  • Follow SOPs and production procedures
  • Complete GMP documentation accurately
  • Perform equipment cleaning and area sanitization
  • Work in a cleanroom environment and maintain aseptic gowning requirements
  • Support production, validation, and related manufacturing activities

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or cleanroom experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow detailed instructions

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. independently
  • Wear required cleanroom PPE, including gown, gloves, mask, goggles, and boots
