Job Summary
We are looking for a professional Mini Bar attendant able of attending to Conrad Nashville with integrity and attention to detail. The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation. The primary role of a Mini Bar Attendant is to effectively maintain the guest room mini bars. Their job duties require style and service attributes that are key to creating a positive guest experience.
Job Duties
  • Maintain high standards of appearance and grooming, which include wearing a correct nametag and uniform when working.
  • Deliver excellent customer service in an efficient manner.
  • Communicate all guest requests or charge discrepancies to an appropriate supervisor in a timely and professional manner.
  • Efficiently maintain inventory of mini-bar supplies of all guest rooms, occupied and not occupied.
  • Keeps cart clean and orderly
  • Ensure mini bars are defrosted, clean and in good state of repair at all times.
  • Ensure mini bar product is fresh and has not exceeded its expiration date.
  • Adhere to DND (Do Not Disturb) processes and procedures.
  • Maintain appearance and uniform standards.
  • Anticipates guest needs, demonstrating sensitivity and responsiveness, ensuring complete guest satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Familiar/knowledgeable about the hotel and able to explain the locations and operating hours of hotel facilities.
  • Gives recognition to repeat guests
  • Special projects and duties as assigned

Education and Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year housekeeping/mini bar experience preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year hotel experience preferred

  • Can communicate well with guests, supervisors and coworkers.

Physical Requirements
