Job Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented Registration Processing Administrator to manage vehicle title and registration paperwork from start to finish. You'll be the link between our dealership clients and the DMV, making sure every document is accurate, complete, and moving on schedule.

This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, communicates clearly, and takes pride in keeping things organized and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process title transactions in the Vitu portal accurately and efficiently

  • Audit incoming paperwork against DMV policies and internal procedures

  • Communicate regularly with dealerships about errors, missing documents, and upcoming deadlines

  • Notify dealerships and the DMV of issues in line with company procedures

  • Access customer records to print required documentation

  • Support clients by phone and online chat, answering questions and resolving errors found during audits

  • Help keep paperwork moving smoothly from the client to the DMV and back to the end customerย 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience with CA DMV/BPA and other related DMV documents for both new and used vehicles.

  • Experience with DMV accounting and bundle reconciliation

  • EVR program knowledge (E-filing)

  • Knowledge of DMV regulations pertaining to registration processing

  • Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Able to train others

  • Able to effectively communicate with high level Executives

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Able to work independently with limited supervision

Compensationย ย 

The hourly rate range for this position is: ย $18.50 - $19.50

The final pay for this position will be determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, education, experience, training and skills.
