What You’ll Do

As a Restoration Supervisor / Production Manager, you’ll lead disaster recovery projects from start to finish—ensuring quality work, satisfied customers, and lead carpet cleaning crew.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supervising crews on water, fire, mold, and carpet cleaning jobs
  • Preparing job sites, loading equipment, and ensuring your team is ready for action
  • Manage equipment
  • Performing hands-on work including:
  • Water extraction
  • On site estimates
  • Monitoring drying progress and making daily adjustments using readings and data
  • Communicating clearly with customers about processes, timelines, and next steps
  • Documenting jobs thoroughly (photos, notes, reports) for insurance purposes
  • Ensuring all equipment, vehicles, and materials are properly maintained
  • Inspecting completed work, securing approvals, and assisting with payments
  • Resolving customer concerns and keeping leadership informed

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • On-call availability (rotating schedule)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and a willingness to work hard
  • Ability to use mobile apps/software for job documentation
  • Ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks
  • Clean, professional appearance

Preferred (but not required):

  • WTR (Water Damage Restoration Technician)
  • ASD (Applied Structural Drying Technician)
  • Mold Certification

Physical & Work Requirements

  • Lift and move up to 70 lbs. regularly
  • Stand, walk, squat, crawl, and crouch for extended periods
  • Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
  • Ability to wear a respirator when required (must seal properly)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures

Pay: $28.00 - $37.00 per hour
