Job description

Tu feras partie d'une équipe multidisciplinaire dynamique et passionnée, œuvrant sur une variété de projets web, mobiles et IA. Tu contribueras activement au développement de solutions back-end robustes, à l'intégration de services externes, à la gestion des bases de données et à la conception d'architectures logicielles modernes axées sur l'automatisation intelligente.

En tant que développeur Python, tu seras responsable du bon fonctionnement des composantes serveur, de la logique métier et de l'intégration de solutions d'IA générative. Tu travailleras étroitement avec les développeurs front-end, les designers et les gestionnaires de projet pour bâtir, tester et livrer des expériences numériques performantes, innovantes et sécurisées.

Tâches et responsabilités :

  • Développer et maintenir des APIs REST ou gRPC performantes en Python (ex: FastAPI, Flask ou Django).
  • Concevoir, tester et valider des solutions d'IA simples à intermédiaires, incluant des cas d'usage en IA générative, automatisation intelligente et flux agentiques (agentic workflows).
  • Concevoir et implémenter des composantes logicielles côté serveur avec une attention particulière à la performance et à la scalabilité.
  • Participer à l'architecture technique des projets et à l'intégration d'outils/frameworks IA (ex: LangChain, APIs de LLM).
  • Assurer l'intégration des bases de données (SQL/NoSQL) et optimiser les requêtes.
  • Participer aux revues de code et maintenir les meilleures pratiques de développement (Clean Code, Design Patterns, tests automatisés).
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe front-end pour assurer une intégration fluide des services web.
  • Assurer une documentation claire et à jour du code, des architectures et des pipelines IA.
  • Contribuer aux processus de développement, d'automatisation et de déploiement (DevOps / MLOps).

Expérience requise :

  • Expérience solide en développement back-end.
  • Bonne maîtrise du langage Python et de son écosystème serveur.
  • Expérience pratique ou intérêt très marqué pour l'IA générative.
  • Avoir déjà travaillé sur des projets impliquant des LLM, LangChain, des agents IA / agentic workflows ou de l'automatisation intelligente.
  • Capacité démontrée à bâtir, tester et valider des prototypes ou solutions IA fonctionnelles.
  • Maîtrise des bases de données relationnelles et de la rédaction de requêtes SQL efficaces.
  • Profil curieux, autonome et orienté résolution de problèmes.
  • Excellente capacité à s'exprimer et à vulgariser des concepts techniques.
  • Bon français et anglais un atout.
