We're looking for an experienced Software Engineering Lead who is passionate about building modern, scalable, and secure web applications. In this role, you'll mentor and guide a team of talented developers, while driving the technical design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
As a key technical leader, you will shape the architecture, enforce best practices, and collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional products that make a real impact.
What You'll Get to Do:
Technical Leadership
  • Lead a team of software engineers to design and build modern web applications using multiple web technologies. Frontend Technologies: React/Angular; Backend Technologies: Object Oriented Programming Java/C# and Python.
  • Define, document, and enforce coding standards, development processes, and engineering best practices.
  • Drive solution architecture and play a key role in high-level design discussions.
  • Ownership: Take accountability for assigned features and software components from clinical/commercial intent through technical design to delivery - translating expected clinical behavior into software requirements, designs, and implementation, and driving them across functions to completion.

Hands-On Development
  • Contribute directly to coding and implementation of key features and components.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure the highest standards of quality, security, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in both development and production environments.

Collaboration & Delivery
  • Partner with Product Owners, Architects, and QA teams to deliver features on time and with excellence.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.

Cloud & DevOps
  • Leverage Microsoft Azure for application hosting, storage, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring.

Pay Transparency:
Pursuant to the requirements of applicable State laws and regulations, the starting salary range for this position is $135-145K USD.
