Job description

Providence Medical Group is seeking a FTE 0.8 Psychiatrist to join its team of behavioral health professionals at the Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage. This position will play a prominent roll in this facility's crisis recovery center, where 400 to 450 patients are helped each year. You will also have the unique opportunity to build and support the crisis stabilization program. Enjoy excellent and balanced schedule while serving in the picturesque mountain city of Anchorage.

  • Team consists of approximately 30; adult/child psychiatrists, neuropsychologist, psychologist, ANPs and mental health therapists
  • Mix of inpatient and outpatient care
  • 1 to 2 years of experience is required
