Job description

You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the UNMANNED & THEATER UNDERSEA WARFARE SYSTEMS DEPARTMENT of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA. Specifically, in the Theater USW C5I Systems Division within the Systems Engineering & Integrated Product Support Branch.Qualifications:For GS-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

  • Applying a wide range of qualitative and quantitative analytical methods to assess and improve complex integrated product support operations.

  • Developing, scoping, or maintaining Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs) and overarching product support strategies.

  • Managing obsolescence and mitigating supply chain risks for critical systems by conducting parts analysis and directing inventory planning.

  • Leading collaborative efforts with technical teams to ensure cohesive product support and mentoring junior logistics personnel.

For GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

  • Applying analytical and evaluative methods to assess the efficiency of logistics operations.

  • Assisting in the development of integrated product support plans or logistics documentation.

  • Identifying and resolving common issues in logistics or supply chain management, such as documentation errors or supply disruptions.

  • Coordinating with team members on logistics projects and preparing reports or presenting findings.
