Job description

River City Caf, with 8 locations across the Grand Strand, is currently accepting applications to fill Assistant Manager positions! Ideal candidates are encouraged to have a minimum of 2 years previous management experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting and must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. Friendly, energetic, positive, knowledgeable, detail-oriented with excellent hospitality and people-management skills are the qualities we are seeking. Must expect a high level of accountability regarding assigned productivity goals, encouragement of Company programs, enforcement of Company policies, and compliance regarding current food safety standards and programs set forth by SCDA and OSHA.
