Job description

Primary Functions & Responsibilities
Maintain a visible and positive presence throughout the school campus
โ€ข Support arrival, dismissal, transitions, lunch, assemblies, and school events
โ€ข Build positive relationships with scholars, staff, families, and community stakeholders
โ€ข Support implementation of school safety protocols and emergency response procedures
โ€ข Respond professionally to emergencies and safety concerns on campus
โ€ข Assist with de-escalating student conflicts using restorative practices
โ€ข Collaborate closely with school leadership regarding student behavior and campus safety
โ€ข Maintain accurate incident reports and documentation
โ€ข Serve as liaison between the school and local law enforcement agencies when necessary
โ€ข Conduct routine campus safety checks and visitor monitoring
โ€ข Support supervision during extracurricular activities and family events
โ€ข Promote accountability, citizenship, leadership, and positive decision-making among scholars
โ€ข Assist with enforcing school policies and procedures consistently and respectfully
โ€ข Perform additional duties assigned by school leadership
Education
โ€ข High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
