THE JOB:
As a Facilities Laborer at Bellagio, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our pool and aquatic areas. You'll provide hands-on assistance to maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for guests and team members alike. All duties are performed in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company and departmental policies, ensuring the overall integrity and high standards Aria is known for.
You will be a vital part of our mission to enhance the guest experience and create memorable moments that guests will carry with them long after their visit!
THE STARTING RATE: $18.62 / Per Hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Perform cleaning duties of bodies of water from above or, under water by scuba diving
  • Complete all work assignments as directed by Dispatch or Management and maintain accurate logbooks
  • Collect, transport, and deliver required parts, materials, and equipment to designated work areas, as well as demolition and cleanup on construction projects
  • Operate motorized and power equipment, fuel and service engineering vehicles, maintain inventory of keys and tools in the Engineering Tool Room
  • Pick up parts and supplies from vendors and keep the maintenance warehouse clean and organized
  • Maintain constant awareness of cleanliness, safety, and accident prevention, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Must be willing/able to obtain Open Water Diver Certification within 90 days of employment
  • One (1) year of prior relevant experience in the hospitality industry or a similar environment
  • Knowledgeable of the type of equipment and materials used by facilities/maintenance technicians preferred
  • Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
