You'll guide customers from their first breath underwater all the way through their SCUBA journey, and keep them coming back for more.You'll be responsible for:Owning the Customer Journey: Guide new divers through course offerings, follow up on leads, and promote the excitement of SCUBA like it's your full-time job (because it is!).Scheduling Success: Coordinate courses, instructors, pools, and classrooms to ensure full classes, smooth logistics, and happy divers.Inspiring Excellence: Support and oversee your dive team, ensuring they're operating to Diventures' top-tier expectations through audits, feedback, and quarterly in-water refreshers.Turning Swimmers into Divers: Drive conversion from swim and Try SCUBA students into full-fledged divers with strategic and creative outreach.Sales That Make Sense: Boost revenue through smart course scheduling, gear package sales, and travel tie-ins, all while keeping it fun and customer-focused.Staying Curious: Keep up with the latest in gear, training standards, and industry trends.
