REQUIREMENTS
  • Be dependable and punctual.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Have a positive and friendly outlook with customers and team members.
  • Be able to lead managers and work with them to create positive work environments.
  • Be able to multi-task between different stores, manager, employees, etc.
  • Be able to train managers in day-to-day operations at the store level.
  • Be able to deep-dive into store operations and productivity reporting
  • Maintain correct product levels in all stores being overseen.
  • Bridge the gap between back-office and store level communications.
