Job description

As the Regional Sales Manager, you drive the growth of Ditch Witch Barcelona in the EMEA region by delivering advanced solutions to underground construction professionals and strengthening our presence from our Barcelona base.

In this position, you take ownership of sales activities across the EMEA region for Subsite Electronics locating & HDD tracking equipment and HammerHead moles. You work closely with our dealer network and customers, building strong partnerships and positioning yourself as a trusted technical and commercial expert.

You combine hands-on product knowledge with a consultative sales approach and enjoy being close to the field and the customer.

What You'll Do?

To grow and build a successful career with us, you will be responsible for:

Build strong, long-term relationships with dealers and customers across the EMEA region

Grow sales performance by supporting dealers with insights, tools and a consultative approach

Represent the product portfolio in the field through demonstrations, customer visits and trade shows

Develop impactful sales materials and contribute to marketing and sales initiatives

Capture market feedback and translate trends into input for sales planning and decision-making

What You Bring?

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following minimal requirements:

A bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience

Proven experience in a sales or commercial role within an international or technical environment

Strong relationshipbuilding and communication skills, comfortable working with dealers and customers

Ability to present confidently and translate products into clear customer value

Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage

Willingness to travel regularly across the EMEA region
