POSITION SUMMARY

At Princess Polly, our mission is to bring trend-forward spaces to life that reflect our iconic aestheticย  - effortlessly shoppable and totally Instagram-worthy. That's where you come in. We're calling all style-obsessed creatives: if curating bold, on-trend looks is your love language and you can spot a bestselling outfit from a mile away, this one's for you. We're on the hunt for a Full-Time District Visual Manager to help bring the Princess Polly vibe to life in our retail stores.

Based in NYC, you'll travel to our store locations throughout the East Coast, and beyond, styling 25-40 mannequins per store with looks that are equal parts cool girl, scroll-stopping and strategically on point. Every store's vibe will be different and you'll adapt to each location's inventory while still keeping things 100% on brand.

Reporting into the Senior Visual Merchandising Manager, your looks won't just turn heads, they'll drive sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Travel predominantly to our East Coast retail locations 75% of the time (potential for West Coast Travel), ensuring all styling aligns with seasonal trends and visual directives.

  • Execute and uphold company and visual merchandising standards across multiple store locations.
  • Deliver monthly in-store styling sessions with retail teams, focusing on trend education, styling confidence and product storytelling.

  • Create and distribute clear, actionable mannequin styling guides and directives to each store to ensure consistent execution across all stores.

  • Lead floor set execution, window installations, mannequin styling, and product placement strategies.

  • Work with the Buying and Planning teams to prioritize best sellers, and ensure mannequins are used to focus on new inventory, first repeats and top trends.

  • Report directly to the Senior Visual Merchandising Manager, aligning your styling approach with high-level brand strategy and business goals.

  • Monitor and adapt styling to drive sell-through, merchandising strategically to support productย 

  • Conduct regular assessments of mannequin presentations, making adjustments and giving stores direct feedback based on product flow and store-specific needs.

  • Support store openings, resets, and seasonal transitions with strong visual presentations and styling leadership.

  • Train in-store teams on mannequin styling standards, updates, and visual merchandising principles.

COMMERCIAL AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-5+ years of visual merchandising experience with progression from store-level execution to corporate or regional oversight, expertise in multi-location visual program management.

  • Strong styling portfolio that aligns with Princess Polly's aesthetic: trend-forward, effortless, youthful, and bold.

  • Proven understanding of fashion trends, retail sales cycles, and consumer behavior.

  • Ability to translate sell-through data and inventory depth into compelling, revenue-driving styling strategies.

  • Experience with utilizing digital asset libraries and following visual guidelines and training materials.
  • Deep understanding of visual merchandising principles, brand standards, and retail customer psychology, with experience ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and seasonal campaign execution across multiple store formats.
  • Comfortable traveling frequently and working independently in a fast-paced, multi-store environment.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel by air or road as required

$110,000 - $125,000 a year
