  • Execute distribution workflows within SRT, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with plan provisions.
  • Review distribution paperwork for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with IRS regulations and plan rules.
  • Identify missing or inconsistent information and proactively coordinate resolution.
  • Communicate professionally with plan sponsors, participants, Relationship Managers, and internal teams to provide status updates and resolve questions.
  • Create, update, and maintain Salesforce cases to document distribution activity, communications, and outcomes.
  • Partner with Compliance and Operations leadership to escalate issues, identify trends, and support corrective actions.
  • Contribute to the refinement of distribution procedures, checklists, and workflows.
  • Meet service level expectations while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and documentation.
  • Support a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the Operations team.

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of direct experience processing retirement plan distributions (401(k), profit sharing, 403(b), etc.).
  • Hands-on experience working in SRT.
  • Working knowledge of IRS regulations related to retirement plan distributions, including RMD requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred.
  • Ability to clearly document work and communicate updates in a regulated environment.

Preferred Traits & Cultural Fit
  • Receptive to feedback and able to adjust approach without defensiveness.
  • Communicates challenges early and clearly, with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Takes ownership of work, follows through, and meets commitments consistently.
  • Maintains accuracy and composure in a deadline-driven, regulated environment.
  • Approaches work collaboratively, valuing shared accountability and team success.
