What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of agent-facing sales and distribution programs, including recruiting referrals and incentives, and programs that drive agency growth and development.

  • Manage the Sales & Distribution technology enablement program, including AI, automation, and emerging technology use cases from intake through adoption and measurement.

  • Drive agent experience (AX) initiatives by gathering feedback, identifying improvement opportunities, and partnering across the organization to implement solutions.

  • Lead and support cross-functional projects by defining business requirements, coordinating stakeholders, and guiding successful implementation and rollout activities.

  • Develop and execute communication strategies that educate and engage agents through presentations, webinars, field communications, and leadership updates.

  • Build strong partnerships with Sales & Distribution leaders, Marketing, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Training, and other business teams.

  • Manage assigned program budgets, vendor relationships, and resources to support business objectives and agent outcomes.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a Sales & Distribution Support Coordinator while overseeing day-to-day program operations and support activities.

What It Takes to Join Our Team:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Insurance, financial services, sales, distribution, or related industry experience.
  • Strong program or project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous sales management experience.
  • Experience supporting agents, field sales organizations, or distribution networks.
  • Experience with AI, automation, or technology adoption initiatives.
  • Prior people leadership experience.
