Ready to lead a team that keeps products moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule? Marvin, a premier window and door manufacturer in North America, is opening a new distribution center in Dalton, GA. We're looking for a Distribution Center Supervisor to lead a team responsible for ensuring products move efficiently, safely, and accurately through the loading dock operation. This is an exciting opportunity to help establish processes, develop associates, and support the continued growth of a new operation.

In this role, you'll oversee daily dock activities, coordinate product flow, and support the successful loading and unloading of trucks to meet operational goals. You'll also help develop associates, promote a culture of safety and accountability, and collaborate with partners across the facility to drive continuous improvement.

Highlights of your role
  • Lead daily loading dock operations, ensuring trucks are loaded and unloaded completely, accurately, and on schedule while maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Provide direction, coaching, and development opportunities for associates, helping build a high-performing team focused on achieving department and company goals.
  • Prioritize work, make timely operational decisions, and address challenges that impact productivity, customer service, or team performance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records, including department audits, corrective actions, and performance reviews.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate product flow, investigate quality concerns, identify root causes, and implement solutions that help prevent future issues.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license.
