As our Senior Distribution Planner, you will play a key role in Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) Factory team, connecting factory supply, inventory deployment and market demand to ensure products are available where and when they are needed. Acting as the decision-making link between factories, planning teams and markets, you will drive supply continuity, risk mitigation and service performance across Coty's global network.

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our DRP Factory Senior Planner, you play a critical role in translating factory capabilities and supply constraints into business decisions that maximize service, optimize inventory and support market demand. You will be reporting to the DRP Factory Leader, and you will manage:

  • Act as a steward of service performance, balancing market needs with operational realities.
  • Contribute to achieving and exceeding service and inventory targets across the network.

BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP & DECISION MAKING

  • Serve as the strategic connection between factories, markets and divisional planning teams.
  • Influence cross-functional decisions through fact-based recommendations and scenario analysis.
  • Enable alignment across multiple stakeholders to resolve complex supply chain challenges.
  • Provide planning and market insights that help shape factory priorities and execution.
  • Build strong partnerships that drive faster, more effective decision-making across the organization.

ANALYTICS & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

  • Transform complex data into actionable insights that improve supply chain performance.
  • Develop and enhance analytical tools, dashboards and reporting capabilities that increase business visibility.
  • Drive root cause analysis and identify opportunities to improve service, inventory and planning effectiveness.
  • Champion process improvements that deliver measurable operational impact.
  • Help accelerate Coty's journey towards a more data-centric and AI-enabled organization.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As an analytical supply chain professional with strong planning and stakeholder management capabilities, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are collaborative, proactive, resilient and confident in making decisions that create business impact.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management or a related field.
  • Experience in Supply Chain Planning (DRP, Supply Planning, Material Planning, MPS or similar).
