Order Selector – Day Shift

Starting Pay: $16.00–$18.50 per hour
Schedule: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Location: 5561 Grayson Road, Harrisburg, PA

Position Overview

Feeser’s Food Distributors is looking for dependable, hardworking Order Selectors to join our warehouse team. This is a fast-paced, physically active position responsible for accurately selecting products and preparing customer orders for shipment.

Order Selectors use a voice-directed picking system and electric pallet jack (EPJ) to select products throughout our Dry, Crisper, and Freezer areas. Once an order is completed, pallets are securely shrink-wrapped and prepared for placement on the loading dock.

Pay & Earning Potential

Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.50 per hour, depending on the department and applicable differentials.

Employees may also be eligible for:

  • A $0.50 per hour increase after 90 days

  • Additional performance-based earning opportunities

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Our warehouse includes multiple temperature-controlled environments, ranging from approximately -10°F in the Freezer to 80°F in the Dry area.

Candidates should be prepared to:

  • Safely operate an electric pallet jack

  • Select and stack products accurately and efficiently

  • Regularly lift and handle products, including items weighing 70+ lbs.

  • Work in Dry, Crisper, and Freezer environments as assigned

  • Read and understand product descriptions and labels

  • Read and communicate in English as required to safely perform the job

  • Perform basic math

  • Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment

  • Follow all warehouse and equipment safety procedures
