Warehouse Order Selector – Full-Time
Location: Sumner, WA (98390)
Shift: Day Shift - Start Time: 8:00 AM
Availability: 7 days a week (weekend availability required)
Benefits & Pay/ Bonus Structure:
  • Hourly Rate: Base rate of $20.00/hour.
  • Referral Bonus: $500.
  • Performance Bonus: $250–$375 (based on productivity).

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately select customer orders using labels and electric pallet jacks.
  • Stack, label, and shrink-wrap pallets for shipment.
  • Load completed orders onto trucks.
  • Maintain performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Rotate through various warehouse areas.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain integrity in all tasks.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior experience using motorized pallet jacks is REQUIRED.
  • Able to lift 50–70 lbs repeatedly and handle physically demanding tasks.
  • Warehouse or similar physical labor experience required.
  • Must be available to work full shifts and weekends.
  • Comfortable working in cold, wet environments (15°–75°F).
  • Able to consistently push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic English comprehension.
  • Non-slip footwear required.
