What You'll Do


As the Operations Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the U.S. business while leading multiple functional areas, including:


  • Customer Service
  • Warehouse Operations
  • Logistics & Transportation
  • Purchasing
  • Supply Chain
  • Production & Packaging


You'll partner closely with executive leadership to improve processes, optimize inventory and distribution, negotiate with vendors and carriers, develop KPIs, and ensure exceptional customer service across the organization.
