Job description

THE OPPORTUNITY
RS Technologies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing and business development initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating projects, managing marketing materials, supporting events, and ensuring brand consistency across communications. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and external partners to help execute marketing campaigns, maintain marketing assets, and support customer engagement activities.
POSITION OVERVIEW: MARKETING COORDINATOR
The Marketing Coordinator will provide administrative and project support to the marketing team while helping to coordinate marketing campaigns, events, communications, and promotional materials. This individual will play a key role in ensuring marketing activities are executed efficiently and aligned with company objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate and support marketing campaigns, promotions, and communications initiatives.
  • Create, edit, format, and maintain marketing materials, presentations, brochures, flyers, and digital content.
  • Manage and organize marketing assets, photos, videos, documents, and collateral across company platforms and shared drives.
  • Assist with website updates, social media content scheduling, and digital marketing activities.
  • Coordinate tradeshow and event logistics, including registrations, promotional materials, shipping, and on-site support as needed.
  • Support the development and distribution of customer communications, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and CRM records.
  • Ensure all marketing materials meet company branding, formatting, grammar, and quality standards.
  • Track marketing project timelines and assist with reporting and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments to support business development initiatives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing support, communications, event coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience supporting trade shows, events, or customer engagement programs.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Experience with social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience managing shared file platforms such as SharePoint, Google Drive, or similar systems.
