Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Distribution Center Supervisor to support and lead daily warehouse operations within a high-volume, fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for helping drive operational performance across multiple functional areas while ensuring productivity, safety, quality, and service standards are consistently met.

The Distribution Center Supervisor will oversee frontline associates while partnering closely with department leadership and cross-functional teams including Human Resources, Safety, Facilities, and Inventory Control. This leader will play an important role in supporting daily operations, improving processes, and helping develop high-performing teams capable of meeting the demands of a growing operation.

The ideal candidate brings leadership experience within distribution, fulfillment, or warehouse operations, along with the ability to drive results through accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

DC Supervisors may support different departments based on business needs. Schedules may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime during peak periods.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist department managers with overseeing daily warehouse operations
  • Help ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently met
  • Monitor team performance and support operational efficiency
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and training to associates
  • Communicate updates, progress, and operational concerns with leadership
  • Promote and enforce company policies and safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Support a positive and professional team environment
  • Adapt to changing operational needs and priorities
  • Assist with compliance and process improvement initiatives as needed
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred
  • Prior leadership or training experience is a plus
  • Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and within a team setting
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
