Position Summary

The Distribution Center HR Generalist plays a critical role in supporting a fast-paced warehouse operation by partnering closely with leadership and employees across the facility. This role requires a highly organized, resilient, and people-focused HR professional who can thrive under pressure, handle sensitive employee relations matters, and maintain professionalism in a demanding environment.

The ideal candidate must be a strong communicator, active listener, and capable of managing difficult conversations and investigations while supporting operational goals and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR support within the distribution center environment
  • Handle employee relations matters, including investigations, policy violations, and workplace concerns
  • Support leadership with coaching, documentation, corrective actions, and conflict resolution
  • Conduct and assist with investigations involving harassment, workplace behavior, and employee complaints
  • Maintain HR records, reporting, and organizational processes with strong attention to detail
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Partner with operations leadership in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment practices

Qualifications

  • HR experience required
  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Employee relations and investigation experience strongly preferred
  • Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in challenging situations
