We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to lead strategic account growth, drive design-win activity, and manage key distribution partner relationships across high-growth technology markets.

This roleis responsible fordeveloping executive-level customer relationships, creating growth strategies, expanding market share, and coordinating internal resources to maximize customer success and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans for assigned key accounts and industry verticals.
  • Build relationships with engineering, procurement, operations, and executive stakeholders.
  • Drive design-win opportunities from specification through production.
  • Manage RFQs, quotations, contracts, and long-term agreements.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers and distribution partners.
  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with assigned distributors.
  • Increase bookings, revenue, point-of-sale activity, and design registrations.
  • Train distributor sales and FAE teams on products and applications.
  • Identifynew market opportunities, target accounts, and competitive displacement initiatives.
  • Manage CRM opportunities, forecasting, pipeline development, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with FDEs, engineering, marketing, operations, and customer service teams to support customer growth and satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related discipline preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical sales, account management, business development, or channel management.
  • Experience working with OEMs, distributors, and engineering-driven sales environmentsat a $1M (12monthssales)magnitude.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM and forecastingtools.

Travel:Approximately 30-50% throughoutNorthAmerica.
