YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5 or more years of related Field Service Engineering work experience.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Experion PKS hardware & software, in addition to TDC2/3000, FTE, TPS, LCN, UCN, Hiway, various system architecture, operations, and Process Controls.

  • Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills; capable of learning available analysis tools to solve complex system or process problems.

  • Perform maintenance, audits, configuration, programming, installation/commissioning, upgrades, and migration of complex/advanced Honeywell distributed control systems (EXPERION PKS, TPS/TDC3000).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for customers Honeywell Experion System (EPKS/TPS)
  • Provide advanced technical support and expertise for Honeywell Distributed Control Systems (DCS) Hardware
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful solution implementation to Honeywell Customers.
  • Assist Sales during sales pursuits and be the face of Honeywell to end-users.
  • Perform daily and periodic inspections, maintenance, and upgrades the customers Experion Systems.
  • Actively interface with customers at all levels. Ensures customer satisfaction through oral, written communication and on time reporting.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and implement recommendations based on latest technology improvements from Industry and Honeywell.
