Position Summary
The Product Manager โ€“ Distribution Center Systems is responsible for defining and executing the product vision and roadmap for distribution center technology solutions that enable modern, scalable, and efficient omni-channel operations. This role partners with business, operations, engineering, and technology stakeholders to enhance distribution center systems, optimize warehouse processes, and improve operational efficiency across the supply chain.
The ideal candidate combines a customer-first mindset with strong product management expertise and a passion for solving complex operational challenges through technology. They are comfortable working in fast-paced environments, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, and driving continuous improvement using data-driven decision-making. Success in this role requires strong collaboration across cross-functional teams, the ability to build consensus, and experience delivering technology products in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities

  • Define, own, and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Distribution Center Systems.
  • Build strong relationships with global stakeholders to align business priorities, product goals, and technology initiatives.
  • Champion the needs of warehouse operations and internal customers by understanding operational workflows, user needs, and business challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to solve complex operational and technical problems through scalable software solutions that deliver measurable business value.
  • Make data-driven product decisions by leveraging customer feedback, operational metrics, market trends, and competitive insights.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic objectives.
  • Develop and monitor product KPIs, OKRs, and operational performance metrics to measure product success.
  • Partner closely with engineering, quality assurance, operations, and implementation teams to plan development, testing, deployment, and change management activities.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable product initiatives, identify gaps or risks, recommend solutions, and gain stakeholder alignment.
  • Manage the product backlog and day-to-day product development activities within an Agile framework.
  • Collaborate effectively with global teams across multiple time zones and support international business operations.
  • Travel domestically and internationally up to 30โ€“50% as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of Product Management experience working in Agile environments.
  • 2+ years of experience managing enterprise technology products, preferably supporting supply chain, warehouse, or retail operations.
  • Experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (WMS) and Warehouse Control System (WCS) integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize competing business needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and business teams.
  • Experience working within cross-functional, matrixed organizations and managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through collaboration, build consensus, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience in retail, supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred.
