Job Description/Responsibilities
Share the history, craftsmanship, and traditions behind one of the world's most iconic distilleries. As a Distillery Tour Guide, you'll create engaging and memorable experiences for guests by leading tours, answering questions, and showcasing Buffalo Trace Distillery's rich heritage. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys public speaking, connecting with people, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic environment.
This is a part-time position.
What You'll Do
  • Lead guided tours and provide informative, engaging presentations to visitors.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming guests and responding to questions and requests.
  • Promote distillery experiences, products, and offerings to enhance the visitor experience.
  • Ensure tours are conducted safely and in accordance with established procedures.
  • Support overall visitor operations and collaborate with team members to create a positive guest experience.

Qualifications/Requirements
Required
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 2 weekends a month

Preferred
  • Experience with public speaking, group presentations, or guided tours.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
