About the Role:
Join Full Throttle Distillery and Smokehouse as a Prep Cook, where you'll play a vital role in crafting delicious dishes that our guests love. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant kitchen environment in Branson, MO, and be part of a team that values quality and creativity.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and chop ingredients for various dishes according to recipes and specifications.
  • Assist in cooking and plating meals while ensuring presentation standards are met.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Help with inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies.
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Participate in daily prep tasks and assist with special events as needed.
  • Support the team in maintaining high quality and consistency in food preparation.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
