DESCRIPTION
Personne qui, dans un avant-poste ou un dispensaire d’une localité visée aux dispositions relatives aux disparités régionales, en plus de ses fonctions d’infirmière, fait des évaluations des usagers qui permettent au médecin d’effectuer à distance un diagnostic et de déterminer les interventions appropriées. Elle est de plus appelé à accomplir des activités et des interventions qui sont généralement réservées aux médecins dans d’autres milieux de travail.

FONCTIONS SPÉCIFIQUES
Les services Miyupimaatisiiun vise à offrir des services sociaux et de santé selon une approche de services intégré. L’infirmière travail selon une approche multidisciplinaire.

EXIGENCES
Éducation:
• Membre en règle de l'Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ) .

Expérience:
• Deux (2) années d’expérience diversifiées en tant qu’infirmier(ère) ou Une (1) année d’expérience en tant qu’infirmier (ère) dans une salle d’urgence.

Language:
• Maîtrise de l’anglais;
• Maîtrise du cri ou français est un atout.

Autre:
• Ce poste comporte des périodes de garde pour les services courants;
• Ce poste inclus de fonctions en rôle élargi;
• Une entrevue axée sur des cas cliniques pourra être exigée.

NOTES
Les infirmiers (ères) qui ont suivi la formation en rôle élargi et qui n’ont pas complété celle-ci avec succès sont exclus du présent affichage. Cependant, l’infirmier (ère) qui démontre une nouvelle expérience minimale d’un an en soins aigus depuis la formation, pourra demander une reconsidération de cette exclusion.
