  • Description:

A Ph.D. or DBA in Business Administration with a specialization in the area Strategic Management of and a minimum of 5 years’ industry experience and a minimum of 5 years of experience teaching courses at a Doctoral Level.

  • NUC University is seeking adjunct faculty to teach the Dissertation Seminar (RESE 9000) course as part of the Business Administration Doctoral Program with a specialization in Strategic Management.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience supervising doctoral dissertations and serving on dissertation committees at the doctoral level.
  • Demonstrated expertise in both quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods research methodologies.
  • A strong record of peer-reviewed academic publications and experience with the scholarly publication process.
  • Mastery of APA style (latest edition) and excellence in academic writing.
  • Teaching experience in research methods, dissertation design, or doctoral seminars is highly desirable.
  • Must be available to teach in a fully online environment.
  • Must speak fluently in Spanish.

Also, all candidates must demonstrate a proven track of research and academic publications.
