Job description

Position: Sr. Manufacturing Technician
Location: Minnetonka, MN – 55345
Duration: 6 Months
Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
• Support manufacturing operations and production floor activities
• Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and process issues
• Work closely with assemblers, maintenance, and engineering teams
• Support new product launch activities
• Assist with process improvements, yield improvements, and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Support investigations, root cause analysis, and scrap dissection

Required Skills:
• 5+ years of manufacturing technician experience
• Strong troubleshooting and process support experience
• Experience supporting production equipment and manufacturing processes
• Ability to train/coaching operators and assemblers
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:
• Medical device manufacturing experience
