Job description

We are assembling a team of change agents to tackle the hardest technical challenges that come with digital transformation. We are looking for highly motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individuals to join and contribute significantly to the successful implementation and enablement of this journey for our Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control Team (MFC).
This role is for a Systems Engineer role at MFC working in classified areas supporting DoD critical programs on engineering networks and special test equipment in labs.
Workstation/Server administration on heterogeneous networks including Red Hat-based Linux distributions, Windows 10/11, Windows Server based domains.
Manage operating system cyber compliance, upgrades, and patching (Windows/Linux)
Perform guidance and management for hardware, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance on multiple architectures
Ensure the integrity and availability of applications as well as coordinate new application installations, upgrades, and customer support in classified areas.
Responsible for implementing effective backup/recovery, resource accounting, and auditing procedures.
Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on varied IT hardware (PCs, printers, laptops, etc.).
Implements security designs in hardware, software, data, and procedures.
Full-time onsite role, working the majority of the day in closed areas.
