YOU WILL BE:
As the Specialist, Growth Marketing - Display, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our upper-funnel display advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and business growth. Serving as the primary day-to-day lead for our external agencies and vendors, you will translate performance data into actionable insights, oversee creative development, and oversee the display budget from forecasting to billing. This is a highly collaborative role where you will partner with internal cross-functional teams-including Creative, E-commerce, Analytics, and Paid Social-to align display initiatives with overarching business goals and regularly share performance trends with leadership.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Drive and execute various upper-funnel display campaigns by defining the campaign objectives, identifying accurate audiences, and providing spend recommendations based on performance data
  • Lead the creative briefing process and manage timely creative refreshes, track performance over time, identify best practices, and ensure all assets are delivered in time for campaign launch
  • Analyze relevant performance metrics across campaigns (CTR, CPSV, CPM, ROAS, etc) to identify data-driven insights, proactively identify and synthesize trends or anomalies to better understand and drive overarching business performance
  • Serve as the point of contact for our agency and vendors via email and in meetings, ensuring partner accountability and their understanding/alignment with business goals
  • Identify and lead impactful optimizations to existing and new campaigns in close partnership with agency and vendors
  • Assist in various ad hoc projects or workflows with relevant internal teams, including but not limited to Retail Media, Paid Social, and the broader display team
  • Collaborate with multiple teams (e-commerce, analytics, creative, etc) to align display initiatives with broader business goals, regularly communicating performance updates, platform changes, and key learnings to leadership
  • Support testing roadmap strategy, planning, and execution by staying ahead of emerging marketing trends and industry best practices and understanding overarching business priorities
  • Oversee the Display advertising budget, managing pacing, forecasting, and the end-to-end billing process

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferably Marketing, Economics, or Business Management)
  • 2+ years of digital performance marketing experience at a media agency or retail company. Minimum 2 years of full time experience managing display/programmatic campaigns (tracking, planning, reporting)
  • Highly analytical and comfortable with data sets, able to conduct analysis independently and clearly communicate results to stakeholder audiences at all levels, internal & external
  • Experience with high-growth consumer companies, ideally retail or luxury e-commerce businesses
  • Understanding of display DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.), capabilities and buying methods (Programmatic, PMP, direct IO)
  • Strong business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics/Omniture/Tableau)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience using customer data platforms (CDPs, LiveRamp)
  • Ability to translate multiple data inputs into insights and strategies
  • Desire to proactively share learnings internally and externally
  • Familiarity with marketing performance metrics (MTA, CPV, CTR, CPC, etc)
  • Experimentation mindset and comfort with testing and learning
  • Strong project management skills, juggling multiple projects and deadlines
  • A positive, growth mindset - proactive, resourceful, curious
