ACCOUNT SERVICES SPECIALIST - JOB DESCRIPTION
WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provide top-notch customer support through phone, email, or in-person interactions, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize systems to efficiently manage client accounts, enter/edit client orders, and provide reporting and data to clients and Senior Account Service Reps.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide informed client support and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Travel 2 to 5 weeks a year for trade shows.
