The Dispensary Manager (Hybrid) is trustworthy, detail orientated, organized and responsible. The role oversees the day-to-day operations of a TXOG dispensary location that functions both as a retail pickup site and a delivery hub. The role is designed as a single operator site to start. Requiring the ability to fulfill orders, manage retail operations, and perform deliveries while maintaining compliance with all state medical cannabis regulations. Retail operations will occur two days per week. With delivery operations occurring approximately three days per week pending patient demand and scheduling.  
Fulfillment Functions:
  • Supervise overall operations of the order fulfillment process 

  • Ensure compliance with state laws and company policies 

  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate restocking to meet patient demand 

  • Address and resolve operational issues, such as inventory discrepancies or patient complaints 

  • Maintain effective communication among team members to ensure seamless operations 

Retail Functions:
  • Oversee retail dispensary operations during open hours, ensuring the store is organized, compliant and patient ready 

  • Assist patients during order pickup, including verifying ID, confirming prescriptions and providing product guidance  

  • Process retail transactions accurately through the point-of-sale system and maintain proper cash handling procedures  

  • Manage order staging and pickup flow to ensure orders are organized, verified, and dispensed accurately  

  • Maintain a clean, professional retail environment while resolving patient questions or concerns in a timely manner 

Delivery Functions:
  • Deliver time sensitive orders to patients and retail locations while maintain accuracy and professionalism 

  • Load and unload orders at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring secure transport and handling  

  • Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure all deliveries comply with company safety and transportation standards 

  • Verify and collect all required delivery documentations, including patient signatures  

  • Communicate with support teams to resolve delivery issues in real time while following all company and TCUP regulations

  • Must be able to welcome and learn new technologies quickly and effectively 

  • Must be an adept driver and always abide by all traffic rules

  • Exceptional communication and customer relation skills 

  • Ability to ensure all fulfillment activities align with HIPAA, local, and state cannabis regulations 

  • High standards for order accuracy, compliance documentation, and inventory audits 

  • Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, track orders, and ensure accurate fulfillment 

  • Ability to troubleshoot supply chain or inventory issues 

  • Comfortable navigating high-stress situations like regulatory inspections, shipment delays, or system errors 

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs., and perform various physical movements, including reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, climbing, and fine motor actions as needed
