 Shift Lead (Lead Budtender)Green Dispensary Position OverviewThe Shift Lead is a key support role within the dispensary, responsible for assisting the leadership team in day-to-day operations while also serving customers as a Budtender. This hybrid position ensures smooth shift transitions, helps guide team members during assigned shifts, and has authority to input discount codes for customer transactions. The Shift Lead leads by example on the sales floor, fosters a positive work environment, and helps ensure compliance with Nevada cannabis regulations.
