Job description

Job Summary: Coordinates both emergency and non-emergency responses to codes, alarms and calls to Officers via a two way radio and multi-dispatch system. Monitors access control via an extensive camera and geo-fencing system. Maintains stats and records of calls, emergency responses and staffing for three shifts by utilization of the OMNIGO report and call tracking systems. Responds to Associate, visitor, contractor and vendor questions. Maintains the compliance of vehicle registration, decals and information records. Operates the badging system for contractor and vendor badges. Monitors infant alarm system. Acts as a dispatch liaison between police and other responding agencies in event of disaster or emergency.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Good communication skills; proficiency in English (spoken and written); good computer skills. Multi-tasking (viewing cameras); use of proper 10 codes, maintaining call priorities.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in a healthcare environment, security or related field.
Salary Range: $$25.30 - $29.18 hourly. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
SALARY RANGE INCLUDES EVENING SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL.
