Job description

At Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing, we don't just dispatch technicians - we drive revenue, protect the customer experience, and control the day from the dispatch seat. We are seeking an experienced Lead Dispatcher from HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar home services who knows how to lead a team under pressure be a hands-on driver. $24.00 per hour starting pay!
This is a hands-on position, that also functions as a lead within our dispatch team. Your job will include:
  • Supervise and support dispatch operations
  • Optimize technician routing for revenue and efficiency
  • Reduce reschedules and tighten performance
  • Manage elevated customer challenges with confidence
  • Partner daily with Service and Sales leadership
  • Maintain clean, accurate schedules in ServiceTitan
  • Hold the team accountable to KPIs

  • Experience leading or mentoring other dispatchers
