Job Title: Dispatcher
Industry: ATM Machines Manufacturing
Location: North Canton, OH 44720
Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of Extension)
Shift: Monday - Friday (1:30 PM - 9:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Call Management System scheduling support to customers, field technicians, service delivery teams, and business management teams.
• Monitor and manage service calls to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Dispatch service calls to technicians and Flex Labor Partners while ensuring timely completion.
• Review incoming service requests, determine urgency, and schedule resources accordingly.
• Continuously monitor technician availability and maximize workforce productivity.
• Escalate urgent service requests, technician issues, and operational concerns to management.
• Monitor duplicate calls and consolidate them when appropriate.
• Coordinate parts ordering, shipment tracking, and service scheduling with technicians.
• Follow up on incomplete service calls and ensure resolution.
• Participate in conference calls and provide analysis of call volumes, high-priority customers, and operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer satisfaction, complaints, technician recognition, and field issues.
• Contact customers with estimated technician arrival times when required.
• Utilize geographic and team knowledge to optimize scheduling and resource allocation.
• Support special projects and high-visibility customer accounts.
• Perform additional dispatching and operational support duties as assigned.
