Job description

The Operations Manager oversees the contractor's labor force and deploys resources-tools, materials, and parts-to ensure all contract requirements for comprehensive facility support (CFS) are met. This role manages day-to-day O&M activities for large facilities, coordinating staff and resources to ensure efficient, safe, and quality service delivery. Resource and Labor Management: Direct, schedule, and dispatch staff and resources to meet contract requirements.

Authorize use of materials, manpower, and equipment. Service Delivery Oversight: Ensure contract and task order compliance through active supervision and reporting. Identify and address operational challenges proactively.

Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with client representatives to ensure consistent and responsive service. Implement best practices and organizational improvements. Working Conditions: Mix of office and field work; may require overtime or emergency response.

Physical Requirements: Able to move around large facilities as needed. Secret Clearance required. Associate's degree or equivalent training/certification in O&M or Facilities Management.

Minimum fifteen (15) years' experience in related O&M support services and/or Facilities Management. Minimum five (5) years' experience in large facility/operations support. Secret Clearance required.
