Position Responsibilities
Responsible for supervising delivery drivers; coordinating, monitoring, and scheduling local and regional deliveries to customer base. Advise Dispatch Supervisor on general delivery and pick up matters.
  • Prepare and direct deliveries and pick-ups for parts, service, and all branches.
  • Dispatch drivers for pick-ups and deliveries and inform sales associates of problems or changes.
  • Maintain driver routing software screen.
  • Maintain company vehicles.
  • Manage delivery drivers by recruiting, selecting, onboarding, and training employees.
  • Oversee 5S warehouse checklists and procedures.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Comply with federal and state vehicle law, regulations, and all company safety rules.
Education/Experience Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of three years’ experience as a dispatcher.
