The Alarm Central team plays a vital role in maintaining a secure environment by monitoring fire and burglary alarms and prioritizing business safety. This team coordinates assignments, responds promptly to safety events, and collaborates with internal partners to manage communications during incidents. What you'll do:
  • Monitor and investigate alarm events, coordinating timely responses with security patrols, fire services, or police as necessary.
  • Assist associates during safety or security incidents, ensuring effective communication and support.
  • Conduct continuous reviews of fire protection, alarm, and life safety systems to identify potential risks.
  • Notify and coordinate corporate responses by distributing advisories and managing incident communications.
  • Compile detailed daily and incident reports, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Provide backup and on-call security support as required, adhering to company policies and procedures.
