Job description

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Associate to oversee daily operations in our warehouse. This role involves coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and capable of leading a team in a fast-paced environment.


Ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.


Monitor inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts.


Enforce safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work environment.


Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse team members.


Communicate with other departments to meet shipping and production schedules.


Operate warehouse equipment as needed (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).


Identify and resolve operational issues to improve efficiency and accuracy.


Qualifications:


High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.


2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, communication, and organizational skills.


Knowledge of warehouse procedures and best practices.


Experience with inventory management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.


Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely.
